She has hands-on experience in shipping, as she started her career by sailing on merchant ships before joining the Finnish maritime and transportation administration, where she held several director and managerial positions. Sinikka has a wealth of experience working within diverse cultural and professional environments and has a proven track record of effectively building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders from around the world.
