As an insider of European innovation systems and technology companies’ foresight and roadmaps, Harri is an active speaker, evaluator and writer regarding research & innovation activities, strategies, and policies. He started working in machine building and manufacturing business in 1990’s, changed from business to academic atmosphere and published more than 140 articles and reports on leadership and management in technology companies in 2000’s. In 2010’s, he has led DIMECC Ltd. as one of the first and largest public private partnership actors in Europe. Harri has experience on all the versatile aspects of inter-organisational collaboration and co-creation.

At DIMECC, Rauno leads FAME (Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem) and helps DIMECC’s customers identify and implement new topics that bring competitive advantage.
Rauno has more than twenty years of experience at KONE, most recently as a member of the Global Technology and Innovation Management Team. He has previously worked as Head of Technology Management, KONE Technology and Innovation, responsible of Technology Management, Research, Patenting and Ideation. Rauno has built many ecosystems like KEKO (smart building ecosystem) and ISUF (intelligent sustainable urban flow), Rauno has also been responsible of KONE Veturi.

Lisbet has strong expertise in policy and regulatory development and feels enthusiastic in creating an innovative and sustainable future. Her academic background is in international law. She has previously worked in regional development through multiple EU projects and networks in innovation policy and the twin transition. Lisbet has extensive experience in cross sectoral cooperation and working within diverse cultural and professional environments around the world. She has previously worked for the international maritime sector in the UK and the UAE.
Her expertise in regulatory development and experience with Sustainable development will be an asset as she manages the Sustainable Reporting Tool (Interreg BSR SusTool) project that aids companies to respond to the CSR Directive requirements.
At DIMECC, Clémentine manages the REBOOT Skills project. Clémentine also participates to the other activities of the EU-team such as project preparations and other co-creation assignments.
Prior to joining DIMECC, Clémentine worked for almost 10 years in the public sector fostering regional and international co-creative solutions in diverse domains such as the digitalization of education, international talent integration, continuous learning, foresight for regional and business development or related to twin transition.

At DIMECC, eetu works as FAME (Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem) Ecosystem Lead.
Eetu has a background in additive manufacturing industry at LUT University and Planmeca. Prior to DIMECC Eetu worked at Planmeca as 3D Printing Specialist where he gained knowledge from customer-driven products and technology development, 3D printing process optimization and AM in dental and medical field.

At DIMECC, Antti leads the Finnish Advanced Manufacturing Network FAMN together with Kari Muranen. Antti is also leading some new R&D&I program preparations and special assignments, e.g. in the field of industrial cyber security.

At DIMECC, Kaisa takes care of communications and marketing including web, social media, analytics, press releases, annual reports etc. She has been involved in the dissemination of various research and development projects on national and EU level communicating on subjects such as AI, data, additive manufacturing and digitalization.
Prior to joining DIMECC in 2018 Kaisa has worked in media for over 15 years, for example as journalist and editor in newspapers.

At DIMECC, Ville is responsible for domestic and international R&D&I program planning and project preparations. Thus, he works in close collaboration with all ecosystems leads and program/project management.

At DIMECC Arto is involved in program management and FIIF activities. His current program management and co-creation activities focus on digitalization, automation, Industrial Internet, Artificial intelligence.

Arto has over 30 years’ experience in managing automation R&D in Finnish and international metal industry (Rauma-Repola, Rauma, Metso, John Deere). He joined DIMECC as program manager 2014.

At DIMECC, Doris’ role includes preparing and managing EU projects that have a special focus on supporting SMEs in the manufacturing industry via digitalization, sustainability, as well as upskilling and re-skilling. Doris is also responsible for DIMECC’s Demobooster service that aims to boost innovation by providing a match-making platform for appliers and producers.
Doris has over 10 years of experience working in different areas such as research and education, project management, communication, marketing, and sales. She has international experience from Brazil where she lived for 5 years and also worked as an entrepreneur. Doris’ educational background is in biomaterials engineering and she has also studied corporate communication, industrial management, and languages. She completed her Vocational Teacher Education studies at JAMK in 2020.
