Speaker presentations

 

Jonne Soininen, Director, Technology Leadership at Nokia is based in Espoo, Finland. Prior to this position, he worked in different positions with Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, Renesas Mobile and Broadcom. Hence, Jonne has an extensive history in telecommunications and software engineering ranging over 25 years. Jonne has a doctorate of Science (Technology) from the Aalto University, Finland from the school of electrical engineering on networking and Masters degree on computer science from University of Helsinki.
Giuseppe Saragò is a passionate technology & transformational leader with significant experience in 4 stroke engine design & manufacturing. Since the very beginning of his carrier, he has been engaged in engine technology and innovation, starting as a researcher on the topics of combustion optimization, passing through 4S engine product development; currently heading Manufacturing Excellence focused to Engineering & Innovation in manufacturing domain at Wärtsilä Sustainable Technology Hub in Vaasa. Motto is: Love the problem, not solution.
Juha Pankakoski is the Executive Vice President, Technologies in Konecranes Plc. He is also a member of the Konecranes Leadership Team.
Konecranes Technologies organization is responsible for innovating, researching, creating, supporting and evaluating components, modules, and concepts used in product designs and configurations, solutions that make our products smarter & connected with their surroundings, and IT tools and services that Konecranes provides to its customers and uses to run business processes.
Juha Pankakoski has worked at Konecranes since 2004.
Tuuli Ahava is the Director, Application Program, Digital Automation at Nokia.
Dr. Valtteri Vuorisalo is a part-time Professor of Practice in National Security and Security Policy at Tampere University. He is also a Senior Visiting Research Fellow at King’s College London in the Department of War Studies and a member of the board at the Scientific Advisory Board for Defense in the Ministry of Defense (MATINE). Dr. Vuorisalo’s research focus revolves around the theme of flow security, the security impact of data and information flows especially, and how the rapid evolution of technology creates new dependencies in the international security architecture. In the private sector, Valtteri works for Fujitsu Finland as the Head of Trusted Society.
Kirsi Kokko is the Head of Digital Trust Finland ​at Business Finland.
Toni Mattila is the Head of Sustainable Manufacturing​ at Business Finland.
Mr. Jarno Salonen is working as a Senior Scientist in the Safe and connected society Research Area at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. He has a professional background of over 20 years in making the digital world a better place for ordinary users especially in the areas of cybersecurity, privacy, resilience and development of electronic services. Recently he has been involved in several international projects related to the cybersecurity of Industry 4.0 and the overall digital transformation of Factories of the Future (FoF).
Harri Kulmala, CEO of DIMECC, started working in machine building and manufacturing business in 1990’s, changed from business to academic atmosphere and published more than 140 articles and reports on leadership and management in technology companies in 2000’s. In 2010’s, he has led DIMECC Ltd. as one of the first and largest public private partnership actors in Europe.
